Our corporate offices are located in San Jose near the Multiplaza within Plaza Tabriz, Escazu. Our corporate team brings more than 50 years of combined US and Latin American mortgage and underwriting experience:
Marc Schweitzer - President
Marc brings 20 years of experience doing business and living in Latin America to our clients. He spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse and 5 years as a corporate officer of Avon Products, a fortune 250 company with operations in 50 countries. During his tenure at Avon his responsibilities included a $300MM/yr, global, commercial project underwriting function. He has planned, executed and secured funding for international initiatives throughout his career.
Jack Raifer - Director, Marketing and Communications
Jack has worked in a variety of positions related to Costa Rica real estate and customer service throughout his career. He is an innovator who focuses daily on earning enhanced brand equity for Costa Rica Mortgage.
Bri Carrera - Director, HR, Finance and Administration
Bri joined Costa Rica Mortgage with 10 years experience in the legal profession. She has held prior positions with Costa Rica Mortgage in marketing and operations.

We are fluent in the Costa Rican real estate environment and the evolving options for residential and commercial financing. Growing relationships with a diverse, international group of Costa Rica experienced lenders/investors is our foremost priority.
We operate as brokers and advisors and are compensated solely for facilitating transactions between borrowers and lenders. We do not lend or publicly raise funds in Costa Rica and operate in 100% compliance with Costa Rican law.
